Eckert Werbung OHG was already working with a modular shop system specialized in B2B online trading. The challenge: This existing system was technologically rigid, extremely cost-intensive due to multiple licenses, and offered hardly any customization options for individual requirements. The vision: A flexible, future-proof e-commerce solution with full technological control – far more specific, modern and cost-efficient.

A custom WooCommerce platform with individual PHP development – significantly more flexible and customizable than rigid B2B standard systems, tailored exactly to the requirements of the workwear trade.

Publicly accessible shop with innovative features: Live logo simulator for immediate product visualization, intelligent printing cost calculator, and AI-supported product recommendations – significantly more intuitive and visually appealing than the predecessor system.
2. B2B Corporate Customer Area
GAME CHANGERPassword-protected, individualized assortments per corporate customer with advanced employee management: Each employee receives their own access with budget control per cost center, automatic approval processes, and one-click quote creation. Articles are automatically linked with company-specific refinements (logos, embroidery) – functions that the previous system could not map.
3. Superuser Backend – Efficiency Reimagined
A modern, clear admin panel that revolutionizes the work of Eckert employees: Central customer management, automated API imports from 4 workwear suppliers, and seamless integration of the CDH rental article shop. The new dashboard offers real-time overviews of customers, orders, and budgets – significantly more efficient and flexible than the rigid structure of the old system.
