The Solution: Three Intelligent Offerhub Modules

IT.Mar developed a modular add-on system based on the existing Offerhub platform that seamlessly integrates the sales process.

Lead Management with AI Integration

The first module fully digitalizes lead capture and replaces manual PDF forms and Excel lists. An upstream AI interface automatically analyzes incoming inquiries from Google Ads and other sales channels and feeds qualified leads directly into the system. Sales representatives receive live notifications about new projects and can accept or reject them immediately. An optional dashboard offers sales managers real-time analytics on closing rates, project volumes, and performance metrics per sales representative.

Mobile Project Consultation for Customer Appointments (CheckUp)

The CheckUp module replaces the previous Notability solution with a professional iPad app with offline functionality. Sales representatives are guided through standardized forms during the customer meeting, which systematically capture all technical data – including Apple Pencil support for sketches and annotations directly on photos. This offline-first architecture guarantees smooth processes at the customer's site, even without an internet connection. Intelligent product hints support sales representatives in focusing more on closing the sale rather than just technical data recording.

Automated Calculation with Hero Integration (SolarKalk)

The SolarKalk module forms the heart of process automation. The data captured in CheckUp is clearly prepared and enables sales managers to perform quick verification and risk analysis. From the standardized data, the system automatically generates quote modules that are either created anew or pulled directly from the Hero ERP system – without duplicate data maintenance. With just a few clicks, a complete quote project is created in Offerhub, which can be transferred to Hero via an interface and published as a professional quote website.
